Sales Manager/ contract manager ( commıssıon-based)
Tip Top Agentur is a leading digitalization agency in the hospitality industry, specializing in helping middle and low-range hotels optimize their daily operations and minimize operative costs. We offer a wide range of services, from cloud-based hotel PMS software systems to call center services that cover Reception, Sales, Marketing, and Guest Relations departments.
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team on a commission-based basis. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and acquiring new hotel clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a strong background in sales and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and acquire new hotel clients through cold calling, email marketing, and networking.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
- Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure that client needs are met and exceeded.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and understand their needs.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
- Willingness to work on a commission-based basis.
